Ginseng treats fatigue: Systematic review


Research has shown that both Asian and American ginseng are promising treatments for fatigue in people with chronic illness. The systematic review, which was published in The Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine, looked at the published evidence on Asian ginseng (Panax ginseng) and American ginseng (Panax quinquefolius).
